About Us
At home in Mooloolaba, one of the Sunshine Coast’s finest beaches. Established in 1982, we own and operate our very own wharf in which boats unload fresh to us directly. Mooloolaba Fisheries is proudly Australian owned, Australian operated with only Wild caught Australian Seafood, supporting Australian Fisheries.
Mooloolaba Fisheries Co-Op seafood retail outlet is attached to our wharf and is now known as Fisheries on the Spit. It was the only seafood retailer on the spit until about 2000.
Mooloolaba Fisheries process Australian, Wild caught seafood lines and distribute to our very own 3 Seafood Markets, online retailers, wholesale markets and overseas markets.

All Seafood is brought in Fresh to our Wharf and processed on site. We sell within Australia and export globally large volumes of Wild Caught Australian Seafood with different specifications to match the orders. We are licensed to export a large range of seafoods both fresh and frozen. In addition to this we export whole fresh Yellowfin Tuna, Southern Bluefin Tuna, Big Eye Tuna, Albacore Tuna, Swordfish and Marlin to Japan and the USA.
